Loners chronicles a couple of weeks in the lives of seven young people from Prague. As they try to escape the loneliness of their lives through various relationships, we become aware of the chaos in their lives and of their minds. Their interaction leads them in a cycle not only of frustration but back to the inherent loneliness to which they seem destined. While this may seem a despairing tale, Loners also has a morbidly dark sense of humour making it a funny and revealing film.
