ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF

THE IRISH CZECH AND SLOVAK SOCIETY


The Annual General Meeting of the Irish Czech and Slovak Society will be held at the Slovak Embassy, 20 Clyde Road on 24th May 2001 at 8 PM. Notice is hereby given to all members of the meeting and the following business to be conducted:
 

  1. Address of Welcome.
  2. Reading of Minutes of the 2000 AGM.
  3. Secretary's Report.
  4. Treasurer's Report.
  5. Election of Officers and Committee members.
  6. Election of Honorary Members.
  7. Addresses on behalf of the joint Patrons of the Society:
  1. Other Business.
This year's AGM was great success. We could report many successful events in last year as well as our presence on the Web.

People leaving committee:

New committee Members Our patrons, The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ireland Mr. Petr Kolar and The Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Ireland Mr. Marcel Pesko. Informed us about their events of our interest coming in next few months. We were also informed about EU integration progress. Both of them greatly stressed importance of coming referenda for the integration process.
